Is the suspense killin' ya?

I know you're all just dying to know so here's a Weight Watcher's update....
Week 1 - 1.8# loss
Week 2 - 1.2# loss
Week 3 - .4# loss
Ok, so it looks like I'm slowing down ( or losing ground?). But when you add it up that's a total of 3.4# in 3 weeks. Not too bad! I'm sticking to it and going to stay on the plan! Positive thoughts, positive thoughts.....

Keep up the good work and remember....slow and steady wins the race.:) I'm just glad that my winter clothes still fit. I haven't gained any more but I haven't lost anymore. It's the exercising I'm telling you that keeps me in the same size. I do need to lose more though. As of this month I have been exercising 3 years at the Y. Now that is a pretty good accomplishment for me. Have a great weekend! Love you!

3 years? Wow, that's not good, that's great! I'm lucky if I can do the treadmill 3 days in a row. Is it the age thing? I am trying to exercise every other day, at least. I just want to be able to fit into all the clothes in my closet. If F came here and did her famous "when was the last time you wore this?" my closet would be about 75% empty. Eating better...making better choices is really helping. And I'm 'journaling'...keeping track of everything, and I do mean everything I eat. That's put a whole new perspective one it. I never realized just how badly I ate until I saw it in black and white. Before it goes in my mouth it has to go on paper. Boy, that sure changes things. Love you guys and miss everyone!
